– Crown of Turkey Slow-Cooked in Prosecco and Oranges with pigs in blankets and served with turkey gravy
– Slow-Roasted Rib of Beef with pigs in blankets and served with red wine and beef dripping gravy
– Smoked Gammon Braised and Honey-Roasted with pigs in blankets and served with spiced apple gravy
– Spiced Cauliflower and Butternut Squash Wellington with vegetable crisps and served with vegetarian gravy
